ORDERS RECEIVED BEFORE MIDNIGHT ON MONDAYS WILL BE DELIVERED WEDNESDAY OR THURSDAY THE SAME WEEK.
ORDERS CONTAINING FREEZER PRODUCTS PLACED AFTER MIDNIGHT TUESDAY WILL BE DELIVERED THE FOLLOWING WEEK.
ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED WITH DPD LOCAL, OR ROYAL MAIL IF SPECIFIED FOR PARCELS UNDER 1.9KG.

DELIVERY PROCESS
When your orders manufacturing process is complete we book it onto the DPD
delivery network, you will receive notifications via email and or text from
DPD with the option to track your delivery’s status. There are also multiple delivery options available that can be changed by the customer if required.
On the morning your parcel is out for delivery you will receive notifications with
a 1 hour delivery time slot, again the notifications will have a link to track your parcel and options to leave in a safe place neighbours or even your local collection point ensuring delivery’s are never missed.
Delivery instructions can also be left in our order comments section. Any delivery that has been instructed to be left in a safe place is at your own risk. We can’t reimburse for orders that have been stolen from a requested safe place.
MY ORDERS ARRIVED
Once your order has been received any freezer products should be frozen ASAP or transferred to air dry bags ready for a close session.
MY ORDER HASNT ARRIVED
If you order hasn’t arrived by 8pm on the day the delivery was due please contact us straight away so we can check the shipping logs. If your order is being delivered with DPD you will receive notifications prior to the delivery with an allocated time slot. These notifications allow you to follow the link and track your order and make any changes to the delivery if required.
Any delivery that has been instructed to be left in a safe place is at your own risk. We can’t reimburse for orders that have been stolen from a requested safe place.
MY ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED
In the rare occasion of receiving a damaged order please contact us straight
away. Keep the damaged products incase we need to collect them for inspection and take clear photos of the damage and packaging. This allows us to process claims with the delivery service.
